My GIRLS!!!

Today we carved our pumpkin and the kids were all excited until it came time to clean it out. My little girls pushed back their sleeves and started cleaning out the seeds. While my boys all yelled "yuck" "that's nasty" I think one even told me he didn't want to get dirty!! So to Hailey and Zoe WAY TO GO!!!!

She's a BIG girl now!!!

Okay so we just had lunch and Hope decides to spit chicken and noodles at me. This was her way of telling me she did not appreciate being feed off of a spoon while every body else had the good stuff!!! So I made her a big girl plate with green beans, peach's and ham and crackers. She sat there and clapped her little hands!! I think I made her happy. She then dumped the plate over and tried to eat it. So I took the plate away and she ate her food off the tray of the high chair!! Thought I would share the pictures.

Friday Fun

Okay so we started the morning by painting our pumpkins we started yesterday. Then the kids were so excited to cut the orange paper to make their pumpkin mask!! I want to welcome Hope back she has been out sick We missed her and by the looks of this smile she missed us to!! Have a great weekend!!

Fall

We have finished with the pet parade and have moved to pumpkins!! So watch for our pumpkin projects to come!! Just wanted to share some pictures of this weeks wonderful outside play time. Enjoy!!

Monday Funny!!

Children's Logic: "Give me a sentence about a public servant," said a teacher. One of the small boys wrote: "The fireman came down the ladder pregnant." The teacher took the lad aside to correct him. Hope's new thing is to hold one arm above her head and jump it just reminds me of a Bull Riding Baby!!!

I just want to tell you all Thank you for the Birthday wishes. For a week now I have been telling Becca I was turning 21 (she believes me!!) But Thanks to this beautiful cookie bouquet she will know the truth!! Thank you all for making my day special!! Missy you did a GREAT JOB!!!

Pet Parade

This week we are continuing to work on pet parade. We made pet turtles the kids had so much fun. I want to share the names they picked all by themselves.
Haily named hers Brownie
Logan was Batman
Erik named his Bait!!!
Zoe named hers Pack a treaka (mom you will have to help me with that one?)
Jaxon,s was named Wagdog
Zach named his Puppy
We sang my favorite song about turtles and the kids laid on the floor in their little turtle shell (they were so quite :)!!) Zoe informed me she "is a big girl" So she didn't have to dance cause she is big like Ms. Keri!! So Ms. Keri had to dance with her!! Thank God I work alone no one could see me dance!!
Later on Wednesday I received a package. It was loaded with bubble wrap.So we laid it on the floor and popped bubbles for a good hour!! Have a great day!!

The Little Things

I was thinking this week about the little things we see every day and how blessed I am. For example on Friday we were outside playing and Laney was in the coupe. In the back of the coupe the other kids had piled dirt and before I could get to her she had mouth full. The look was priceless and at that moment she decided she didn't like the taste. Now don't get me wrong she will probable try it many more times but the look on her face was wonderful to watch. Then I put little Miss Hope in the coupe and at first she just looked around taking it all in. She grabbed the steering wheel with the biggest smile you have ever seen. In her excitement she straightened her little legs and "oh Wow" it moved she looked down and looked at me with the biggest eyes and did it again she started to clap and backed up a few more times. I just love to see those looks when they figure out how to write a letter, when they can recognize their name, or put their cloths on all by them self!! I just wanted to share some of the "little thing" I am so blessed to see!! I really hope you enjoy the pictures!!

The end to a wonderful week!!

I can not believe it is Friday already. We have had such a great week. We learned all about the letter C and the letter X. We have learned all about our pets. I am sure you have all heard our songs!!:) My favorite is the turtle song, all the kids hide in their turtle shells (they are so quite). We have a new member to our daycare family Zoe started this week and really seems to be enjoying it!! Poor baby Hope just played so hard this morning she feel asleep in her saucer. Pumpkin Play!!

Well over the weekend we went and picked out a pumpkin! I brought it in to show the kids today and had to share the moment with all of you so enjoy

Doggy Do Wop!!

It is a wonderful day at Ms. Keri's. The month of October is all about "Pets" and later this month "Pumpkins"! This mornings lesson was about puppies!! We made puppy hats with little tails on the back and sang the "Doggy Do Wop" The kids had a blast. Every one seems to have had a great weekend!!
