A is for apple

We have been working on the letter A and the color red so the kids made apple trees. They learned about the roots on trees. They also learned about "baby drops" when it comes to glue!!! On Thursday Laney and Logan came very early and as you can see Laney did not make it through lunch.

Bubbles!!

I hope everyone is having a great week!! Well today Erik has finally figured out how to make "bubbles" in the potty. Way to go Erik!!! The best part is his friends get so excited for him screaming YEAH ERIK!!! His little face just lights up and he is so proud of himself! Not all peer pressure is bad. On to my favorite part of the day, no not nap time that's second:) Lunch time is the best to sit at the table with a group of three year olds, I Love it, they are so creative. Yesterday Hailey said "My mommy is in trouble!!" with the most serious look on her face so I asked "Why is mommy in trouble" She turns to me and replies " Because she told me NO!! And that makes me sad!" Poor baby:) I Love you Hailey!! Okay look at the pictures and guess what was for lunch!!

Its Monday!!!

What a wonderful day it is a great day to be outside!! Well I am not staying up with this like I wanted to, sorry, I will work harder!! Well last week was just CRAZY!! preparing for the big storm:) You could tell the kids knew something was up but they were just not sure what. Last week Hope started crawling, she started sitting up on her own.She is such a big girl now. I went to pizza hut with Jaxon Tuesday night and he won both games of bingo! Way to go Jaxon!! Erik is working on the "big boy undies" not going great but we will get there. We are discussing "dressing jazz" this month. Which touches base on getting dressed and how the weather effects what we wear. They are loving it!! Well, I will share some pictures and write more later! Have a great week.

Lunch Time

Well at lunch we all sit at the table like a family to eat. Today was kinda fun Hope could not understand why baby Laney got big people food and she didn't. Before she would take a bite she would look over at Laney's food and look at me with this sad little face!! Poor baby!! Then Jaxon ask Logan "Can I go to your house Saturday?" Logan said "sure but you can't play with Annie (his dog) cause shes old and she has crying eyes." They are so sweet!! Later in the meal Hailey tells Jaxon "I have a milk mustache" Jaxon replies "I want a milk mushmash to" Hailey said "drink your milk" and before I knew it Jaxon had his cup under his nose, not in his mouth, and poured milk up his nose in an attempt to achieve a milk MUSHMASH!!! I am really excited to see what the afternoon holds in store for us!! Have a Great Day!!

Fair Weekend!!

Well we made it through the country fair another year. This year has been a real reality check for me. Tristan has decided he is to old for the parade. This is the first time he didn't want to go. It is really sad to have to face the fact that my "little man" is growing up!! He rode the big kid rides at the fair but I did talk him into riding a few of the little ones with his sister!!! By last night to you could tell the fair had warn him out. He has decided to start talking back to mom!! We argued about bath time, we argued about brushing are teeth. I finally just turned and looked at him with that "Don't mess with mom face" and said "What in the world is wrong with you this weekend?" He looks at me with that pre-teen "WHATEVER" face and said "I am just at that age!!" Where did that come from??? I just smile and say "Son I Love you but if you want to see the next age, KNOCK IT OFF" and when I said my prayer last night I asked the lord to help me because we are not even at the teenage years yet!!!! Why is it when you think you have them figured out they "hit that age" gotta love it!!! Any way back to school today and I was so happy to have my daycare kiddos back!!! Hope you all had a great weekend!!
