The Party!!

Okay so this past weekend we had Becca's 7th birthday party. We had ten 7year old girls over for a sleep over. We had a water slide (Thank you Jumpin Jack party supplies) We turned cardboard box's into playhouses and the girls slept in them ,it was great!! Some of the girls had ceiling fans,TVs, beads hanging in the door way. The had so much fun!! It is so much fun to see them be creative at this age. I almost forgot Mr. Kenny Had a dance off with the girls!!! He said he won!! The girls just laughed. :)

Getting Organized!!

Okay school has started and we are trying very hard to get organized Laney turned one today. Happy Birthday Bug!!! She loves to play the UH oh game!! Okay so I want to take a minute and translate some thing for my mommy's who will have no idea what thier child is talking about!! BABY Trees = broccoli
beach balls = peas
piggy meat = ham
as I think of more I will add them. If you give it a fun name they seem to be willing to try them.

The Blog Hog

Okay Ms.Katy is trying to be a "blog hog" as she put it but how can I not post these pictures. I don't think Katy planned on starting something with the Baby Billboard but she did ,Becca requested a happy birthday from baby Hope!!!! Thank you Ms Katy!!!
Okay real quick just a daycare funny. Have you ever had a jingle stuck in your head? For example a few months ago the kids were screaming regularly "It's my money and I want it NOW" well yesterday at lunch Hailey started singing "Its BUDWEISER" within 5 min everyone was singing along!! We called Hailey's mom and left her a message of the kids singing!!! Gotta love it!!!

Holding back the tears!!

Okay so today is the last day for two of my kids. Trevor and Nichole, always remember that Ms. Keri loves you and am so excited that you taking on a new adventure in your lives. You will both do great!! I want to thank mom and dad for allowing me to love you and help in setting the foundation for the wonderful challenges that await you. You Know some day they will move on but it is always sad. I hope they will remember their time at Mr. Keri's and look back and smile and remember that they were loved. So this afternoon I will hide my tears until they are gone as I think back to when they first started with me in diapers. Remembering the "fun" of potty training. Good Luck to both of you. You both have a special place in my heart forever!!

My little red head

Okay so I care for the cutest little red head Logan. He is just amazing!! To set the scene you must know Logan is all boy and very "country" Well Thursday night Logan and his baby sister spent the night and we are sitting on the couch and I am showing 11 month old baby sister the Ducks Unlimited picture on my wall and saying " look at the ducks they say quack quack" and she just was soaking it all in when Mr. Logan says in his little county slang " Look Mr. Keri its ducks and corn dog ducks and corn dogs" he shakes his little head and I look at him confused and look up at the print and see the cattails on the pond the was his corn dogs!! How could you not smile. I took this as a sign he might be getting hunger:) I Love You Logan!!

Great Days

Wow the summer is almost gone and the kids will return to school!! I love being with them but miss my structure of the school year. I am so amazed how fast time flies when you have kids. I just don't feel old enough to have a 10 year old and a 7 year old!! Great news I got an order for another diaper cake. I love to do crafts!! Not that I have a lot of time to do it but I love it. Well you know how when a child gets a new toy they play more with the box. well Laney doesn't care much for the toys in the tub she likes to dump them out and play with the tub you have to love it. Yesterday at lunch Laney got her first spoon at Ms. Keri's she wasn't quit sure how to us it but it didn't take long and she was feeding her self YEAH Laney I am so proud of you. Have a great Day!!

TRISTANS NEW SMILE!!

THIS IS GOING TO BE SHORT LOTS TO DO TONIGHT WANTED TO SHOW EVERYONE MY TRISTANS BEFORE AND AFTER SHOT!!! HE GOT HIS BRACES TODAY!! IT IS NEVER A GOOD SIGN WHEN THE DENTIST TELLS YOU WE ARE IN "PHASE ONE" I WAS TO SCARED TO ASK HOW MANY PHASES THERE ARE!!! YEAH TRISTAN, MOM IS SO PROUD OF YOU. YOU DID A GREAT JOB TODAY. IT TOOK 4 HOURS AND HE WAS STILL SMILING, UNLIKE BECCA WHO WAS READY TO GO 5 MIN AFTER WE GOT THERE.

WELL MR. kENNY HAD A BIRTHDAY OVER THE WEEKEND!! SADLY HE HAD TO WORK ON HIS BIRTHDAY SO THAT WAS A DOWNER BUT LOOK AT THE SMILE BABY HOPE GAVE HIM TODAY THANK YOU KATY WE NEEDED THAT!! WE HAD A WONDERFUL DAY TODAY IT WAS SO STINKING HOT OUTSIDE!! I HOPE IT COOLS DOWN A LITTLE THE KIDS NEED TO GET OUTSIDE!! ONE OF MY FAVORITE THINGS ABOUT HAVE AN IN HOME DAYCARE IS WATCHING SIBLINGS BOND WITH EACH OTHER LOGAN IS SUCH A GREAT BIG BROTHER HE TAKES SUCH GOOD CARE OF LANEY I JUST LOVE TO WATCH THE LOVE ALL THE KIDS HAVE TOWARD EACH OTHER THEY DEFINITELY ARE FAMILY AND EVEN THE PARENTS SEEM TO BOND IT AMAZES ME EVERY DAY TO SEE THE LORD WORK!! I HAVE THE BEST DAYCARE FAMILIES JUST GOOD PARENTS. WELL I HOPE YOU ENJOY THE PICTURES I JUST LOVE SHOWING THE KIDS OFF!!!
